FAQ
How long does a gallery usually take to be delivered?
For regular sessions, sneak peeks are within one week + full gallery will be received within four weeks. I take pride in ensuring that each gallery receives the dedicated time and attention it deserves.
How will the photos be delivered?
The photos will be delivered to your email with a link for your online gallery. From there, you can download your photos with the provided PIN, and share the link with friends and or family.
Do you provide the original unedited RAW image files?
Each session comes with full resolution image downloads. The images in your gallery will be edited to improve lighting, exposure adjustment, color correction, selective black and white processing, clarity, contrast, sharpness, and other adjustments - all of which is a standard process for digital photographers. I believe in delivering a finished product, therefore, I do not provide the RAW (unprocessed) files from the session.
What rights do I have to the digital prints?
You have the right to reprint images whenever you want. However, you may not sell your images for profit or publish your images without the written consent of EKB Photography.
How far out do you book?
I can book one year in advance, but I am always down for a last minute session if I have availability.
Do you offer services for locations outside of Pearland, TX?
Yes, I do! Contact me with the specific location you are wanting my services for so we can discuss what the pricing would look like.
Do you require a non-refundable retainer upon booking?
To reserve your session date for standard sessions, such as Graduates, Couples, Milestones, or Immediate Family, a $50 non-refundable retainer is required.
For larger events and sessions, including Big Parties, Weddings, and Extended Family gatherings, a 20% non-refundable retainer is needed to secure your booking.
How can I ensure your services are reserved for my session date?
All dates are reserved and you are officially booked once I receive your signed contract and non-refundable retainer.
